This cancellation and refund policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for our digital marketing services. 2.1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
2.1.1. Cancellation within 30 Days: If you cancel your service within 14 days from the date of engagement, you are eligible for a full refund of any upfront payment made, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred by NEXTASK.
2.1.2. Cancellation after 30 Days: If you cancel your service after 14 days from the date of engagement, no refund will be issued for any fees paid. However, you will not be liable for any future recurring charges beyond the cancellation date.
2.1.3. Termination by NEXTASK: In the event of termination by NEXTASK due to exceptional circumstances as outlined in section 1.2, you will be eligible for a refund of any prepaid fees for unused services.
2.2. Non-refundable Expenses: Please note that certain expenses incurred by NEXTASK on your behalf may be non-refundable. These may include third-party fees, domain purchases, advertising costs, or other expenses that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.
2.3. Refund Process: Upon cancellation, we will process eligible refunds within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the initial payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.1. Data and Account Ownership: Upon cancellation, you will retain ownership of any data, content, or accounts created specifically for your digital marketing campaigns.
3.2. Service Termination: After cancellation, NEXTASK will no longer provide any digital marketing services. It is your responsibility to ensure the removal of any NEXTASK access, credentials, or tracking codes from your website or online assets.
4.1. NEXTASK reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website or providing written notice to existing clients.
